I love Bridget she is the best, always on top of things. She is will to take time with you and is very knowledgeable. I have been coming here for almost ten years and I am so glad I finally found a PA that examines my feet. I am diabetic, for years I went to doctors that would have signs that said if your diabetic remove your shoes. Even though I would be wearing sandals. No doctor ever checked out my feet. Bridget throughly examines. my feet and checks to see where my neuropathy is with feeling loss.
Karen Charland PA is the best. She remembers you, keeps in contact with you, and genuinely wants you to have the best health possible. Thank you.
The front office staff is rude and bothered by their job. The referral office is extremely inefficient. They lose faxes, they lose referrals, and they never return calls. The office is dated, and has no online features like scheduling or even email. It is dirty and I have only seen a PA (Karen), never a physician. She was not helpful and had a privileged attitude that was a barrier to me feeling comfortable asking health questions. I regret visiting this office from day 1. Sadly you need to rate with a star but my rate is actually a negatine 10. This place is a joke. Trying to make an appointment for my 85 year old mother with lungs full of blood clots. Apparently you need to go through an "approval process" before they will schedule an appointment for you. Then I was told that because my mother has no secondary insurance they wouldn't even see her.
