Had the information for over 3 weeks. We’ve called and left voicemails and never received a return call. Called again today, they actually answered the phone. Didn’t even have to give the patients name, the individual who answered knew immediately who I was referring to when I said “y’all have had the paperwork for 3 weeks now and we’ve been calling and have left voicemails.” Immediately goes to oh yes it’s for “so and so.” All to say they are no longer in network with the insurance company.
