I was scheduled to be picked up by this company for a medical appointment today and no one showed up to pick me up at. My pickup time I was told was 1:10 pm by this company and NOBODY CALLED OR SHOWED UP. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Wonderful company, highly recommend. They are professional and very accommodating to your needs and schedule.
I love some of the drivers. I just have a issue not nothing if the are coming some mornings. Like this morning I have been outside since 4:45 it is 4:58 no sign of my ride. DSS said this company is open on Good Friday.
