I have visit this place many times to visit the clients everytime I go there the staff is really rude and if the client is calling somebody screaming they take their time doest not give importance, they don’t have smile for visitors.

My mother is currently a resident at Lakeview and each of her four children is delighted with the care that she and all of the other residents receive there. The mandate of the residence is to have their place be home, not an institution, for their clients. This is consistent with what our family has experienced. My brother and I were a little nervous and apprehensive about sending my dad to a retirement home, but now 2 months in, we realize it was the best decision ever. My dad enjoys the staff and food at LV immensely. Everyone is so nice.
