Very clean and staff are very friendly. Meagan and Jennifer are so helpful and always make you feel welcome.
I cannot say enough positive things about Lakeview. I have known most of the staff for over a decade, some of our kids went to school together. My Dad was placed here after a disasterous experience at a fancy memory care in Frisco (not our choice). They mismanaged medicines and relied on cameras and locked doors to contain his wandering. They have provided excellent care for our mom who broke her femur and suffered a stroke. They continually care about their residents and treat them like family. The facility and patients are kept clean and everyone from nursing, therapy, housekeeping, social work, finance, wound care, kitchen staff and administration go above and beyond.
