Do not hire for any type of deep cleaning! I hired Lakeview Maids to deep clean a dirty apartment that my daughter was moving into. They quoted me $300 via email for a deep cleaning that they stated included “cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans, inside windows and sills, inside kitchen appliances including oven, microwave, and refrigerator, inside and out of every cabinet, scrubbing the bathtub. Entire customer engagement and experience was great. Everything from scheduling the appointment to completion was very convenient. I was impressed with the deep clean on my appliances and would definitely hire the services again.
Showed up 2 1/2 hrs late then demanded more money on the spot- this was a move out cleaning and it was the last day of our lease. After they had not shown up on time or responded to any calls or emails, I tried to find another cleaner but no one was available on such short notice, so we had no choice but to give them the extra $100 which they justified by saying our 1 bed was "too big" and was "extra dirty".
