The customer service is truly terrible. I requested a review of my account back in November 2025—specifically asking to have a credit applied to the principal balance—but they have been giving me the runaround ever since. I have sent five emails and called about 15 times, yet they keep giving me the same line—"we are reviewing it"—and nothing actually happens. Today is March 2026—four months later—and still nothing.
