Same as others, my mortgage loan was bought out by them. I have had the worst customer service with them. One agent will tell me how to proceed with something, then I call back and another agent says that isn’t the case. I have a serious hardship which I’ve disclosed to them, so they told me to make a payment by the 28th to avoid foreclosure, instead, it was processed for foreclosure on the 22nd. We have used Lakeview about three times over the last couple decades. I believe we will continue to use them. They are very proficient detailed honest and always get our business with them done quickly.
This loan company is the worst I've dealt with in my entire life. They don't care about their customers. You are just a number.
During the transfer I paid the my mortgage on time. They reported me late to the credit bureaus, although it was stated their will.be no discrepancies during the transition. They haven't corrected anything on my account. Yet, they keeping calling me to refi stating you've never missed a payment. I am suing for misrepresentation of the facts and fraudulent reporting practices.
