My wife and I started a recast of our loan on March 24 2026. This company approved our recast and immediately cashed our $400k check only to drag there feet until May 20th 2026 when I called then and demanded the approval letter to be expedited. I was told multiple times on previous calls the letter was in the mail which was a complete lie! An emailed letter was sent to me on 5/22, two days after my demand to finish this recast.
