They must have gotten my info from the credit bureau, and have harassed me multiple times a day for 3 weeks now no matter how many times I asked to be removed from their call list and politely told them I’m not interested. Unreal!
Was initally promised a rate of 5%, when the disclosures were written the rate was 5.375%. Was given more information from other brokers and decided to withdraw my application. After doing so I received 8 emails, 5 phone calls and 4 text massages from Armani. He even thought it was appropriate to contact me at 10pm on a Monday night. Refused to give me written explanations even after I explained the need for an accommodation. Just kept telling me to call him so he can explain things to me.
Horrible company will not stop calling
Was looking for a VA refinance cash out loan, was called by Sabrina, I already had an appraisal at 275k and owe 217k on the house. told her I was looking for under 6% interest, monthly payments under 2k, with 50k cash out. Joe and Issac assured me that I can get a refinance done. I told Issac in the beginning that my credit score and debt to income ratio was bad. He assured me it doesn't matter. After I signed everything and git an appraisal Isaac said that the underwriter isn't qualifying us due to credit and debt to income ratio. Total waste of my time.
