Our experience was not good. Communication was horrible. They didn’t inform us on the requirements of home for appraisal. First time through this process so we were a bit clueless. Basically, you have to move all items out of the home. We had first appraisal done (we were VERY clear there was no way our home could possibly be ready for an appraisal, we were told don’t worry).
