These guys are borderline illegal!!! Check this out supposedly we were getting 48k and our closing costs.. 27k!!! I’ve contacted a lawyer I have a case on everything they have done!! They told me I’m for sure getting 70 to 80k told me I have to take my wrap around deck down and build stairs they told me they would pay us back for all work done.. now yup u guessed it AFTER it was tore down they come back with oh your only getting 48k … and 27k in closing.. 😐😐 he’s joking right???
