I would warn against any involvement with these people. My neighbor didn’t answer her door when maintenance knocked, they opened the door and heard a weak response but she didn’t come to the door. I asked the maintenance man to tell the manager to call 911, and he told the manager. She did nothing. TWO days later we found her collapsed on her kitchen floor. Lakeview is very peaceful and serene. The people are friendly, dogs are allowed.
Rent has gone past any benefits. Firehydrants do not work. Very often, the home water is not very good. There are too many rules that are required for retirement folks.
