Rent has gone past any benefits. Firehydrants do not work. Very often, the home water is not very good. There are too many rules that are required for retirement folks.
Was disappointed with the 20%+ lot rent increase this year and still waiting for the pool to open in mid July, but other than than, it's a nice ,clean neighborhood with friendly residents
Nice quiet neighborhood. Kind people and nice amenities.
Great community for 55 plus. They take care of each other. Lots of fun activities for you to participate in.
