Everyone was nice. Answered all my questions. Did not have to wait long.
Dr. Sarah Dill is incredible. She listened to my concerns, she & her team fought my insurance to get the tests I needed for proper diagnosis, & she's got me on a treatment plan that works for me. After care has also been incredible. At each appointment, she makes me feel like she genuinely cares about my health & I feel heard.
Worst place ever! Told me I had a scheduled Botox appointment was not Botox. It was only a consultation and I had to drive all the way from the Tri-Cities to go for a consultation that could’ve been done over the phone. Then the doctor said I could have my Botox done in the next two weeks that never happened. I had to continually keep calling the office at the office said that they still didn’t have pre-authorization from my insurance that they were working on it that went on for over a month and a half then when they finall... read more
Can’t even get them to schedule an appointment. They have had the referral for over a month. Have called over 5 times and never get a call back. The last time I actually talked with someone and they said “the referral is still being reviewed”. Hope these people never need medical assistance and if they do, hope they get treated the same way they are treating others.
Dr Ventre is amazing! Pretty sure without the treatments I receive from him, I wouldn’t be able to walk. All of the staff and professional and friendly. The facility very clean and well maintained.
