ATM says that it accepts VISA etc., absolutely no posted warning that the ATM will not work with anything but a ChoiceOne card. ATM then ate my credit card, my only current access to my money right now, and I was told that it's not their problem, they have 0 way of accessing the machine and retrieving my card BECAUSE I am not with their bank/it wasn't their card. Losing some service quality since merger
The ladies here are amazing. They do a great job and they are very friendly. They make my daily trip in a highlight of my day.
After the switch it's just gotten really bad.....
Have had many problems with this bank. Night deposites missed. Account double charged. Very unhappy with this bank. And Nancy is the worst teller I've every dealt with!! Wish I'd stayed with pnc bank. .proffessional there
