This place is a joke. The communication was poor from the start. very slow. replying a day or two later through emails. (pre closing) Agent emailed us closing documents that seemed to have no one paying closing costs. We brought it up before closing. but were reassured they were correct. brought it up again at closing. We had to literally do the closing calculations for them day of closing. incorporating closing fees. had to write an additional check to pay for all of their fees. While my rating may affect the company as a whole, you have title Attorney E Keith Bell to thank for that. I can't comment on every person in the company. I can only comment on my negative experience with Mr.Bell. There was a situation in which he insistently asked for information that I strongly felt did not directly pertain to the situation. I also felt it had no legal foothold. He was asking for my Grandmothers social # which I resolutely denied because I would never do anything to put my family in jeopardy under spurious... read more
