Some of the staff clearly do not care about their customers
Before RCB took over my local bank I was able to easily call and get k. Touch with a teller when I had an issue now it is next to impossible to get in touch with a real person because of their automated phone system.
I've been with lakeside for 4 years . We've gotten loans with them . And basic banking they are great . The staff is always wonderful .
