My windshield was cracked and broken by a lakeside vehicle carrying a loose load on I-80. I reached out and spoke with Dina who handles claims and she said bc I didn’t have the drivers info or the plate (despite having the exact time and location) that she couldn’t do anything. Obviously with a loose load and already having my windshield broken I wasn’t willing to get close enough for plate details. She told me she would get me in contact with the owner and never did. I moved to Reno in 2022 and I contacted Lakeside to move a 45 ft container onto an empty lot. I asked for an estimate, but was told they need to see the lot and container first. Two days later, a driver just showed up and said he was there to move the container. I asked again how much, and was told to take that matter up with their office, but the driver said, "It's not gonna be very much." since we were only moving the container a total distance of 50 feet.
