I am retired and looking to buy a home in a retirement village, I really liked the park and people there, well kept with great facilities. However, their pet ownership rules are very arbritrary. I received the following email prior to viewing properties: "We have a one pet rule in the village - if you have an existing SMALL dog or cat, you may bring that pet with you into the village. Lovely well kept homes by the side of a lake with pools and clubhouse
Don't like owners or management. Not a nice place to live but has some fantastic amenities
A good place near Sydney for chilling for a weekend and enjoyable riverside walk.
