I'd give them less thsn half a star if allowed! Please, if you love your family member and want them to get better, DO NOT leave them here. The meals are horrible! They have a few good loyal and caring employees , however most of them could care less about the patients and just do the bare minimum duties. My roomate was 97 years old, could go to the bathroom with just a little help into her wheelchair but they would put a diaper on her and let her lay in her pee for long periods of time , (unless her daughter was visiting!) ... read more

The Earp Family wishes to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Winifred Boulware, the Social Worker Director on-site. She helped us tremendously while we delt with an issue we had not anticipated transitioning into Hospice Care with our loved one. Her kindness, care, concern and efforts were truly noted and appreciated by the family.
My mother was here for rehab for 5 1/2 weeks. She received the best care from the nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists. The facility is clean and comfortable and even the food is good. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rehab facility.
