Amazing staff that know their stuff, and a great line-up of bikes and gear.
Fantastic service and accommodating staff! Went in panicking a bit needing a brake bleed done before an enduro tomorrow and they were able to squeeze my bike in for service!
I trashed the derailleur on my Trek. It seemed like it would take a while for me to get it repaired if I had brought it back to Calgary. The guys at the shop knew I needed it for an upcoming trip so worked on it immediately. I’m speechless. Their customer care is unbelievable. Thank you Dan and Matt!
Matt was very helpful when I purchased my bike and good with payment terms. They were happy to do the one year checkup and repaired it after using it a lot. Kinda wore out. They helped with choosing a bike carrier and explained the difference between a rv type rack and a car one. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
