Condescending and rude to employee and customer – Not necessarily speaking of employees, or even those that I've dealt with. In fact, several employees have been more than helpful - including the mechanic in this review. However, my short interaction with who I think is the owner made me want to take my business elsewhere, and I did. there arent words – i have never been talked down to like at this place. a bit condescending and rude. sure they have some nice bikes but it doesn't give you license to be a jerky. i spoke to several friends about my experience and they all either felt the same or had heard of something similar from this place. i went in for a power meter and some gloves, left with a grudge and hankering to write about it.
