Lakeside has been super helpful for me every step of the way in a complex, difficult situation ever since I got started there in 2023. Shoutout to Blake Walker for his assistance in helping me get off the streets (this month and last) and back into housing with my financial and logistical family issues as I returned to Harvard campus from a bad situation in Highland Park, Dallas. Love Lakeside customer service—every person in the group—and always down to Earth and proactive in helping their clients. Glad I joined!
We bank at Lakeside and have been pleased with every interaction we’ve had! All of the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and kind, and have answered all of our questions in a way us non-banking folk can understand. I’ve banked with larger banks before and there just is no comparison in customer service: Lakeside wins every time - exceptional. We’re happy we made the switch!

Bad people work there that only care about themselves.
Came in on Saturday morning to unlock my debit card. 800 number does not answer over the weekend, but the teller was quite helpful and I am very thankful she was able to help before I left town on a business trip on Sunday.
