I have been extremely happy with the care I’ve gotten from the staff at Lakeside. Getting hearing aids can be a bit of an emotional experience, and they are sensitive to that.
I was nervous going in but Dr Emily Haines made me comfortable right away. I learned a lot and am ready to learn with the hearing aid. Thank you. Great and comfortable place.
My hearing aids were needing adjusting. Dr Emily worked on them, cleaned them and after she finished made sure I was satisfied with the way they sounded. Dr Emily is very understanding, kind and takes the time to make sure everything is satisfactory. I’ve been going to Lakeside for over seven years now and I highly recommend them.
