I've been working in the building doing general maintenance to the sprinkler system for a week now and . Just wanted to say since the new manager took over this year alot lf good changes have been made. I'm blow away by the courtesy the staff has and how they treat the residents they go above and beyond even tho it is not they're job too I see alot people that care and enjoy there job there thank you for what u do too all staff members at lake shore place!
I would leave NO star if I could. Most inconsiderate management. Will treat you like a commodity. If you don’t bring financial benefits through their door, you might as well ride out of town. Only money talks.
Great place. Food is good.
The whole place needs an overhaul, not to mention more experienced management. I certainly would not have any of my family members retire there. Nor would I recommend it. The front desk is a total joke, from start to finish.
