These photos turned out great! I dont usually buy the prints but our previews or "proofs" looked very nice!
I didnt order pictures for a year because they had turned out to poorly. Decided I really wanted a professional photo of my daughter for her grandparents and was pleasantly surprised! The photos were clear, my daughter looked comfortable in her pose (as opposed to previous years), and I actually recieved my prints! I even called their office to order more products. Much improved from past years experiences! have faith!!!
Posed my 4 year old child up very awkwardly. They do not care if people are satisfied as long as they get paid. They will not retake the photos. They have no business taking school pictures for anyone.
I got my Sons pics and they were terrible had smear marks on them. I called to see if they could fix them or get my money back. They sent me the same pics (not Fixed) back to me. Not very happy I ill be calling to see if can get monye returned.
