Couldn't recommend Lakeshore Manor enough! My grandma has lived here for over a year now and is very happy. The staff are attentive, friendly, and the daily meals are fantastic. She was apprehensive about the social aspects and felt very welcomed by all the residents. It's lovely to see their updates on social media. My grandma loves all of the rec activities available, and the fact that she was able to bring her cat in with her. Shannon and her team are brilliant. They make you feel welcome and a part of the family. The Manor is always spotless, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is upbeat and happy. It’s just a wonderful, friendly place for my Dad to enjoy his new chapter of independent living. The value here is exceptional, and I would recommend anyone to apply for residency.
Safety should be a bit more of a priority as they claim it to be for their vulnerable elderly inside the business. I highly recommend not using this service until things change.
I live at LakeShore Manor and I have to say wow what a fantastic group of people that work here . They are all intrested on making sure our time here ,long or short you will be comfortable and safe. And the residents are very welcoming. The best part for me is I am able to have my dog with me. And yes I would recommend LakeShore Manor to everyone.
I visited Lakeshore Manor in Chestermere today. What a fantastic place. I was amazed at how many amenities are there for seniors and how welcoming and home like the environment is. The rooms are all clean and bright with a great layout. The kitchen area is amazing, spacious and so many windows. The staff are wonderful and friendly.
