I had a very disappointing experience with Lakeshore Logistics Services. They originally scheduled my delivery between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. When no one showed up, I called Luis at 6:00 and was told that due to the rain, they would arrive around 7:00–7:30. At 8:20, after still hearing nothing, I called again—no answer. Instead, a different person finally called me back, telling me I was supposed to contact him instead of Luis. But how was I supposed to know that when Luis was the only number I had?
