It's ok if you can't help someone. The lady on the phone is the rudest person I've spoke to in forever. She either hates her job or herself...either way she needs to move on from where she's at because she's a horrible person to have to speak to when you need help. A lawyer on your side is supposed to make you feel welcome and like your a person they're fighting for...not like you're calling the attorney of someone you're trying to sue.
