Outrageous association rules and regulations; amateur security on staff.
If you want to be left alone & have no interest in the outdoors & nature this is the place for you.There is nothing physically appealing about this place or area, no parks, no recreation within without a load of fees & strict dress code. They make money off you every time you move, the fees are ridiculous. The plumbing is a problem, The apartment we are in does not have good ventilation. The central air does not work.
