The secretary, bless her heart, has to put up with an unprofessional owner. She is so patient with Hassan’s scatterbrained approach. He makes up his own hours, doesn't return calls, and canceled my in-person appointment today, promising a phone call at my appointment time since my documents were uploaded on their app. But no call was ever made. This is the second time this has happened. I am so frustrated with his unprofessionalism and will not be returning.
