I called this number after a Google search, while looking for a process server out of state. The man who answered the phone was beyond rude. I told him I was looking for a quote to have court documents served in central Florida. His response was “A quote? That sounds like you’re shopping around”. When I told him that was exactly what I was doing, as I live out of state (and am not familiar with pricing in other states), he told me “This isn’t a shopping store, goodbye” and then hung up on me. Steve at Lake Servers is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I'm a new resident in Florida and- he answered my request immediately, then took extra time during the call to explain the local requirements and process in detail. He served the summons on the first try and informed me immediately. Incredibly reasonable rates and fantastic service - 10/10!
Absolutely rude. Made a phone call to check on services and the man I spoke with was extremely rude about the fact that my situation was in Marion and not Lake County. It began in Lake County and the other party moved. Needless to say, process servers should be flexible considering that serving someone means you have to fist find them.
