All the ladies here are so helpful and sweet
I pulled into the drive thru to get ones for a 20 dollar bill. I was asked if I had an account with them. I did not. Screen went black. When cashier came back she said to me, "I'll do it for you this time but we don't normally service people who aren't our clients." I didn't know how react. There was a five second silence as I got what I considered an angry stare. Then my smart mouth said, "Ohh passive aggressiveness. " With that she said, " You know what? Always a hassle with this bank. Can't update anything to stay with the times. I have a dedicated account there for my daughters ssi. It's account for any back pay or stimulus she might receive. It's not for everyday deposit and withdrawal. Account has not been used in 2 years but still had 5 dollars in account to stay active. Remind you it's not an everyday account.
