We had a great experience purchasing two e-bikes from Lakes E-Bikes. Brady was so helpful! He really went the extra mile to get a bike ordered in for me that was out of stock. We will definitely be going back to Lakes E-Bikes when my son is ready for a bike.
Great sales team. They gave me great information and made it easy wanting to buy my bike from them.
My family and I rented 4 bikes on Sunday. The shop is normally closed on Sunday’s but they were accommodating and willing to meet us right in town and we were able to ride right out from there. The bikes were all well maintained and came with everything you needed. (Bike lock and storage bag with water bottle holder.) We all traveled at least 30+ miles and still had plenty of battery life left by the time we dropped the bikes off. If you or your family looking for something to do I would absolutely recommend it!!
Great business for your E-Bike needs. I found what I was looking for & was able to test drive the two models, before buying. Excellent service, seamless buying experience & very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them & I recommend the Velotric Nomad 2X
Brady was extremely knowledgeable while helping my wife and I pick out bikes. He made suggestions we wouldn't have otherwise thought of and was patient while we tried a few models. We ended up purchasing two bikes that we are very happy with thanks to his assistance.
