Lakes E-Bikes was very helpful in assisting me to find a bike carrier that I could manage alone—one that was lightweight and simple to use. I felt like he really heard and understood what I needed. He not only demonstrated the features in the shop, but after purchasing the carrier, helped me mount it on my vehicle.
