Only leaving 5 stars because it’s the most it allows. Absolutely A+ experience from the purchase process a few months back and then in for a service a few days ago. Everyone was friendly and also gave me a bit of know how to make sure I give my bike the best treatment moving forward. Will 100% be back

I came into Lakes Bikes on Friday around 11am, with the intention of purchasing an ebike that I had spoken to one of the staff about 6 weeks earlier. This bike was not on the floor at the time as they had run out of all their ebike stock. I was also told that generally most models of this brands ebikes were not available for test riding and If wanted it, I would have to order it sight unseen.
