I've been using them for the last 19 and have never had an issue with them, they are all great tjere. A special shout out to the receptionist Kathy, who always greets me with a very warm welcome when I get there for either dropping off my documents for preparation or needing a sit down with Kevin.
Phil is amazing! Had a great experience with him! This is my first year using him and very impressed! Looking forward to many more to come! I also recommend my dad use him too and also had a great experience!
Understanding taxes can be a challenge especially if you are new to the process and have taken on the responsibility from a spouse that previously did all the taxes. Kevin has made the utmost effort in helping me to get more comfortable and both he and Kathy are very kind , knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very happy to have found Lakes Area.
