This firm Jennifer Smith has done amazing for me 8 years it took i got full custody of my children.this law firm is amazing the staff are amazing thankyou so much
STAY AWAY!!! Jennifer Smith will not respond to anything. When she does she faines illness everytime. She is so low that she slanders people in open court. Not professional in anyway. Walks around like she's boss bosshuse, boastful and arrogant. Is always getting into trouble by the judge for her behavior. I can't state enough to stay away from that office.
If it wasnt for the fact that this is the only law service provider in town, these guys would go out of business. Do your research and seek services in the city if you can. We have been waiting for our Will documents to be drafted since October 16th, we are now in March. Initial appointment is with the lawyer but documents are drafted from their assistants. Jennifer Smith and her assistants (Renee and Dana) have been the most unprofessional team I have ever experienced in my life. From constant delays to the wrong zoom time these people don’t care for your well being and have absolutely zero sense of urgency. They take no accountability for their mistakes and will not accommodate you for your time lost. I don’t recommend these people. Please take the extra few minutes and search elsewhere for your own good. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. 1 star is being too kind.
