My experience with Lakeland Law was just as I imagined, easy and effortless. I chose Lakeland Law because of their conveyancor, Rhiannon was so helpful and prompt. Even when I had to amend my mortgage. She managed to keep everything lined up to still happen in a timely fashion. The keys to my new home landed in my hands the day they were scheduled to. I would not have chose anywhere else in the Lakeland. Lakeland Law always my first pick!
If i could leave a 0 star i would. On the initial appointements everything looked like it was going to be fine and then it when sideways from there, i wish i had kept my phone reccordiny with them. First off we are a military move and all our fee are paid for by our moving company. Their office was late requesting the fund to the moving company which i ended having to pay (20000$). it is now 2 weeks after the house has sold and that they were paid by my moving company and i still 2 weeks later haven't seen my money back. Terrible lawyer. Never would recommend you won’t see your money until she decides and will blame Cold Lake distance and courrier services. I paid her to get it done on the day of the sale and she relinquished keys priors to me getting my money days later. She should have her license revoke and never be allowed to operate in any legal capacity.
I would give 0 stars if I could! Law is in their name, but they have no clue what that is. Don't deal with them if you value your time and money! They have no idea what they're doing and just pushing paper around on your dime and keep you waiting forever on what you need! MOST USELESS "LAW" FIRM IN ALBERTA!!!
