What's the point of having insurance with this provider if the taxi service they use us incompetent and you miss all your appointments! And then no one answers when someone is out of options and going to miss an appointment that will cause a surgery to be cancelled!? Can't trust any plans to work out. Unfortunately I cannot give a zero star rating. It has been over 5 months since I've had all of my CPAP supplies. It has been over 2 months since I've had diabetes test strips. They did offer me a generic meter but that is useless to me as I have a meter in my bedroom kitchen and in my vehicle that the test strips are divided up in each as needed they do not work with my meters and I am not about to carry a meter around with me 24/7 they have refused to give me call backs they have refused to address my grievances and the pe... read more
