I have to say I called first asked questions received answers did business by opening an certificate of deposit and no line no rush to get things done the gentleman that was taking care of us was polite respectful and the gentleman told us he was new but that never bothered me . What bothered me was I read the reviews that people posted, and I really can't understand where these people are coming from. It's a shame that people write such awful things when worker's are just trying to do their job.
I've been using Lakeland for over 5 years never had an issue. the staff is always polite great service
