Staff are extremely rude! I️ was told I️ could not cash a Provident bank check at Provident bank… This is the only location I️’ve ever at an issue with. Usually they call the branch associated on the check to verify it and there is no problem. It took for me to make a phone call for them to have the common sense to call and verify the check which they could’ve/should’ve done from the start. Distinctly unfriendly.
I have been a customer of provident for years and I was told I would be able to get a new debit card from any branch. So I went to this location and they refused to provide me with a new card even though I provided them with everything they asked for. I was treated like a criminal and very poorly. They also said they were going to send me a new card in the mail but also never did. Terrible customer service!!!
