Opened a single business account. Was sent 3 debit cards and had to spend time on the phone navigating which one to use. Then was sent in the mail the summary of two checking accounts even though I only opened one. Creating the online acct was another nightmare that required a phone call. Turns out my username was all caps even though that’s not how I set it up. Then found out I have to wait 3 weeks to get my money.
The manager was very nervous and said she was very bad!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Lakeland Bank. The staff Laura, Woodline, Ken go out of their way to help me anytime I have a problem or question.
