Gabriella Kovacs needs better customer service and people skills. She’s just nasty. All other employees that work there were lovely to deal with. I don’t know what her deal is but it’s not good for business. So happy I closed my account and never have to deal with her again.
Please choose this bank, if you want a banking website with all the features that 2006 had to offer. Pick this bank if you want your account managed by slow elderly women who don't know how to use a computer. Lakeland has taken the only thing 1st constitution did well * small town charm * and replaced with a horribly made banking app. you are better off just going to BOA or PNC, this bank cant offer a 10th of the services a major bank can.
