Call center directed me here to get a full fee waived (I’ve done this in the past here multiple times and was always met with compassion and accommodation for the exact issue). After being denied according to their discretion, I ended up with the branch manager who I only got transferred to after asking “is your manager in a good mood today?” She was snarky off the bat and reacted to a disgruntled longtime customer about the worst way possible.
