Terrible place. Terible experience. The woman working in customer service doesn't know what she is doing. The same manager for Little Silver and Long Branch, so no one to complain. I tell you next time. They might retaliate for my bed review, so I might have to sue them. In the meantime thanks to that wonderful lady in TD bank that knows what she's doing.

While running errands downtown, I stopped in this bank to swap 5 twenty dollar bills for a 100 dollar bill. It was to put in a card as a gift. They would not do it because I didn't have an account with them. No other explanation other than "we don't want to help you because you are not a current customer". Well, I'm definitely not gonna become a customer now! Lol. Valley national was happy to help me out...and were super friendly as well. So, any future banking or loan needs will involve looking at Valley and not Lakeland. N... read more
