Complete morons . When provident bank took over lakeland bank ,they were closed for 3 days in a row with no access using my phone app,all shut down. I went inside the bank and closed account . Now I'm getting letter's for over draft fees . Great un provided service. Just got off the phone with them told me one of their employees forgot to sumit the paper work . Now its my fault. Was told to hang on then rudely hung up . This bank is the worst ..

Pretty disgusted that they wouldn't allow me to get change for $100. All that was needed was singles for a place of business. On top of that, the employee had the nerve to ask where I worked. Why ask if you wasn't going to fulfill my request? Wouldn't have had a problem banking with this bank especially since there are so many locations.
