Nicole Russell horrible banker. she said she closed my accounts and one was -189 . I sent in a change of accounts to child support of nj . it was deposited into my Lakeland even so and they stole my child support to make my accounts at 0. they never gave me a chance to pay... rotten ppl dont send me a f letter saying ur gonna give me 20 days on June 7th when u stole my child support on the 3rd ...when u never did give me time,!! dont ever use this bank
Melissa is incredibly rude and condescending. I have gone out of my way several times to go to a different branch in order to avoid dealing with her at this location. Horrible customer service!
