No one ever picks up the phone. I have to leave a message at corporate and then MAYBE they call me back.
I had a terrible experience at this branch while opening an account with Gail. From the start, she was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no professionalism or courtesy. Instead of helping me, she openly disagreed with my situation and even embarrassed me in front of other customers. No one should be treated this way, especially in a professional setting like a bank. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I will be closing my all accounts and changing banks. Extremely disappointing service.
I do my checkbook balance online, have no idea what Provident is doing, they had my SS added twice, my healthcare insurance subtracted twice, then it all disappeared. Now I have 2 Chargeback fees for what I have no clue. Lakeland was no problem and Newton Trust was wonderful, started with Newton Trust 68 years ago and stayed with all mergers, Provident is by far the worse and only one I’ve had problems with.
Average wait time in the drive threw is always 15-25 minutes and that's before they even help you. You think with closing all the other branches they would have hired some of those employees to help out with all the other customers now coming to these branches.
