Average wait time in the drive threw is always 15-25 minutes and that's before they even help you. You think with closing all the other branches they would have hired some of those employees to help out with all the other customers now coming to these branches.
My, then, fiancée and I refinanced through Lakeland nearly five years ago and had a great experience. The rate was great and we pocketed some extra cash to use on our honeymoon. We flipped that home and purchased another fixer-upper. We did a lot of work ourselves over the past three years on this new home but decided to take a Home Equity Loan out since we had some larger plans for the property. This location has some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. It would be nice if you had more locations in upper Sussex County. Seriously considering changing banks for multiple reasons.
