The only reason I keep an account here is to deposit cash after my night shifts. So it’s pretty bothersome that the ATM is out of order multiple times every month and we can’t scan into the atrium to use that machine anymore either. How hard is it to maintain an ATM? People have bills to pay, do your job.

Our family has been a customer of Lakeland for many years. The platform people are professional and efficient. The Asst Treasurer, Susan Wilke, has been a great help in managing my accounts. She is an asset to any firm.

They wouldn't cash a check their customer wrote. Cashier said they don't cash checks for "non customers" over certain amounts. I asked why. Her reply, "we have rules." Terrible service. I don't see these "rules" posted anywhere. I believe they pick and choose. I would never do business with this branch again. I hope all Lakeland branches are not like this.

We have banked with Lakeland bank for about 20 years. We have taken personal loans, opened up savings accounts for our children and we have always been happy customers. We recently found out we needed a new septic which is a big financial project. We were able to take an equity loan out and Mike Bostedo was wonderful to work with.
