Susan at the Sparta branch has always been helpful and courteous for my Mother-in-Law and me when we need assistance with her account information. She goes above and beyond.
The only reason I keep an account here is to deposit cash after my night shifts. So it’s pretty bothersome that the ATM is out of order multiple times every month and we can’t scan into the atrium to use that machine anymore either. How hard is it to maintain an ATM? People have bills to pay, do your job.
