Editing my review as we had quite a poor experience in our recent class. I took my friend here for her birthday to attend one of the demo cooking classes. Unfortunately, the experience this time was disappointing. The class was delayed over 15 minutes waiting for a large birthday group at the back, and once they arrived, they were loud and disruptive the entire time. I've taken a hands on class and a chef's theatre class - both were awesome. I did both solo, which was a good experience. I had Chef Pye for both who explained things well and answered any questions I had. His passion and love of culinary arts is evident and shows through his dishes. My personal favourite was the Chef's Theatre, he explained his way through Italy and each dish reflected perfectly. My only reason for the lack of 5 stars is the price. Lakehouse has exceptional staff. I was treated very well by Tracy and Amber, in particular. They were very knowledgeable and kind!
