Horribly over priced!!
This place is ripping people off. I think they might be scamming customers with the water reconnecting fee. This is the 4th time I have had to reconnect my water for non payment. Why did they not NOTIFY me?????? THAT IS WHERE THE SCAM IS. THEY TOLD ME, I AM ON PAPERLESS BILLING, BILL GOING TO EMAIL, AND NO PHONE NUMBER ATTACHED TO MY ACCOUNT. I ONLY KNEW BECAUSE MY WATER STOPPED. THAT IS WHERE THEY GET YOU. THEY WILL NOT REFUND RECONNECTING FEES AT ALL. I WAS OFFER A ONCE EVERY TWO YEAR CUSTOMER CREDIT OF $5.58. OMG....BBB H... read more
