This place is ripping people off. I think they might be scamming customers with the water reconnecting fee. This is the 4th time I have had to reconnect my water for non payment. Why did they not NOTIFY me?????? THAT IS WHERE THE SCAM IS. THEY TOLD ME, I AM ON PAPERLESS BILLING, BILL GOING TO EMAIL, AND NO PHONE NUMBER ATTACHED TO MY ACCOUNT. Lived here since 2008, always tremendous service from Lakehaven.
Smug customer service that takes zero responsibility for mistakes on their part. Called to find out why things were not updated, did not ask for anything, and they went out of their way to blame me instead of trying to figure out the issue. Too bad their is no competition for this service. They know they are the only show in town and will let you know it.
