When I moved here 8 months ago I asked if they had autopay, I was told no and rudely shoved off the line by there call center, called back for a service interruption because I'm not at this property 100% of the time and they told me I should have set up auto pay. The employees I'm the call center are straight up rude and will lie to you to get you off the line. Also disconnect fee is 80$ so if you are lower income and you can't afford a 200$ bill. Enjoy paying 280$ before your service can be turned back on.
2/19/25- "Amended Review" I received my new Bill today. Our initial bill was over $900.00 On this months bill there is a credit for over $300.00. As much as any adjustment is appreciated, the threat to put a Lean on our Home was uncalled for. Previous Review: We were notified we had a water leak by Lakehaven Door Hanger. We were notified we had a water leak by Lakehaven Door Hanger. We called Immediately for repair. Our water bill was over $900.00. We received the Bill and I called immediately. They said they would e-mail an Application (from the way I understood it) for a possible Bill Adjustment or at least a pmt Arrangement for the Balance owed. I thought the application could be completed on line but I could not make it work(probably something I wasn't doing right ??) I would have to print it out. It's hard to get anyone from a public utility to not only answer the phone but also answer questions. I found the lady answering questions very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
I just had the displeasure of being behind van #218 driven by an old white man. This guy needs to learn to stay off his computer while behind the wheel. He was driving so bad I'm posting a video to YouTube because we seriously thought someone was drunk driving. First he ignored signs and blocked a intersection as school was getting out causing a traffic jam of at least 20 cars. Then when the light turned green he just sat there using his computer in the passenger seat making me have to honk my horn to make him pay attention.... read more
