Scheduled service. They took my boat out of the water at nearby ramp, on schedule, and performed a full service on my 2020 Merc 250 in about 2 1/2 hours. Billing was as quoted, and I had confidence in the tech’s ability after a few questions and answers. I recommend this business and their service department. I appreciated their prompt response to my questions and scheduled service needs, and attention to detail. A good, knowledgeable tech, with interest in your satisfaction, is a valuable asset!
