I see Liam Main at LWPT in Redmond, and he is the best! He helped me get ready for knee replacement surgery and then worked with me afterwards to get back to full functioning. I've seen him for other sports related injuries and he has always correctly diagnosed the underlying cause, and then provided me with exercises to alleviate my symptoms and strengthen the muscles that have gotten out of balance. I can't more highly recommend Liam as a physical therapist.
Liam Main DPT has been a blessing to work with. He's the perfect combination of highly intelligent, enthusiastic and trustworthy. I am super grateful to work with him. He's exceptionally gifted. He also offers dry needling which has been a huge benefit in my recovery from my orthopedic surgery. When I first saw Liam, I could hardly walk. Tried to set up ongoing PT but they only have 1 female PT on staff per the scheduler so I’ll be going elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t make an effort to have more representation.
Very good care, highly capable therapists and an all round pleasant experience that puts the patient at heart
Shawn and Hork have been great to work with on a couple of my injuries both pre and post surgery they make sure to do everything they can to get you where you want to be. I've had a couple injuries and Shawn has taken a lot of care to customize the PT to the specific movements you want to get back to. In my case deadlifting and disc golf.
