I can't imagine going through post-surgery without this place. I look forward to every session. I do all of my home exercises ,but there is no comparison to the amazing tune-up my body gets each visit. Thank you!!!
I've had such a positive experience with my pelvic floor therapist, Caron Treloar. I've gone through a few pelvic floor PTs elsewhere, and I feel like her approach has been the best fit for me and what I really need. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient and understanding, with a great understanding of postpartum recovery.
