I saw Caron Treloar for pelvic floor PT both during my pregnancy and postpartum, and had such a wonderful experience. She helped me with extreme pelvic pain that I had during pregnancy, and after I gave birth, she successfully addressed all issues I was having including pelvic floor strength, diastasis recti and abdominal exercises, general strength training following pregnancy, and even provided tools and strategies to minimize my c section scar tissue. Fantastic PT practice. Highly recommended.
I was referred to lake Washington a few years ago for a few issues and had no idea PT could be some useful. Recently after a surgery I found a PT closer to me..after 6weeks I was back to Lake Washington PT regardless of the farther drive.
All of the staff are wonderful, professional, knowledgeable & skilled at what they do. No doubt you will ultimately leave here better than you came in. It is a process, but the LWPT group knows how to guide you through it to achieve life changing results. Both me & my husband see Joe N. (owner) & he has helped both of us tremendously. I couldn't recommend LWPT enough!
