Tried to get a mortgage here, mortgage specialist never called back. Only open limited hours, 3 days a week. Tried to get change, "You need to have an account to get change". My wife tried to open an account and was told, "No, open an account in chetwynd". If there's a more pointless bank, I can't imagine how.
